3Com and Crossover Distribution.com Enter Value-Added Strategic Partner Agreement for North America
Crossover to stock 3Com's Converged Voice and Data Network Solutions for SMBs and the Service Provider Market
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario and MARLBOROUGH, Mass. - April 15, 2008 - 3Com Corporation and Crossover Distribution.com Corporation have entered into a Value-Added Strategic Partner Agreement to deliver 3Com's Secure Converged Networking (SCN) solutions to resellers and service providers in North America. Crossover specializes in delivering solutions of wireless broadband, in-building cellular, telecom and CATV technologies to the North American marketplace. Crossover is recognized as the leading supplier of wireless broadband technologies to wireless internet service providers across Canada.

Crossover will be offering the 3Com® Asterisk Appliance, an open-source voice-over-IP (VoIP) system based on Digium's Asterisk appliance and the recently announced 3Com MSR Series Multi-Service Router platform that is capable of integrating 3Com Asterisk as well as other value-added applications via 3Com's Open Services Networking (OSN) strategy into a single unit that is simple to deploy and manage. Crossover will also offer 3Com's complete line of wireless networking equipment and 3Com's extensive family of Baseline Switch 2900 switches and 3Com OfficeConnect Managed Gigabit PoE switches.
