Sales Opportunities for the VAR Channel

While outdoor wireless service has become ubiquitous, the coverage within four walls of a business is quite often very poor. Combine this with recent studies showing that 70% of wireless traffic originates from within buildings and we have a real challenge in providing good coverage for in-building users. This is also where great opportunities lie for Value Added Resellers (VAR).

Spotwave offers a carrier approved adaptive technology solution that can easily address the in-building coverage issues for businesses with 10,000 to 100,000 sq. ft. spaces.

Crossover is looking for VARs/dealers across Canada interested in these opportunities. We will provide technical and sales training and help in identifying and capitalizing on these opportunities.

Axxcelera.jpeg

Axxcelera Broadband Wireless is proud to announce the receipt of FCC cerification on their ExcelMAX WiMax solution for the full 50 MHz of the 3.65 GHz spectrum (3.650-3.700 GHz). FCC rules for the second 25 MHz are more complex than in the other 25 MHz, and Axxcelera’s ability to quickly adapt to these rules exemplify their leadership in the WiMax solutions industry. For Axxcelera’s customers this means that they now have twice the spectrum to deploy ExcelMAX solution to meet their business goals.

Licensed Microwave solution - case study

 SAF.jpeg

Geographically dispersed and multi location waste water treatment company Hunter Water Australia used to operate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz licensed inks to connect their sites. However, frequency congestion and lower through put was impacting their operations. As a result, Hunter Water was looking for products with:

- High levels of reliability (better than 99.999%)

- 155 Mbps full-duplex data rates

- High bandwidth but without the ongoing cost of leased fiber optic links

- A fault tolerant architecture to prevent a single failure from impacting service delivery

After a six months trial - they deployed a complete solution from SAF including 155 Mbps full-duplex radio links engineered to 99.9996% availability, a self healing ring architecture between 3 sites and 120/60/30 cm. antennas.
