LMR DAS

Up

In a world where SMART phones are in every pocket, government agencies and business professionals still prefer two-way radios as their first choice for cost-effective, instant, reliable communications. Land Mobile Radios (LMR) use one-button technology to talk, providing instant communications without having to scroll through contact lists. Secondly, dialing individual phone numbers can be avoided when group communications is required.

In many cases, outdoor wide-area network radio signals or even stand-alone in-building LMR systems signals do not effectively radiate throughout the building due to signal level losses caused by building materials and partitions. In these situations, a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) is required to resolve the coverage issues within the building.

The Crossover team has a comprehensive portfolio of DAS solutions to address coverage issues in the VHF, UHF and 700/800/900 MHz bands.
